Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Kate Holden from Soulflower Yoga has two amazing prenatal workshops coming up. Next week on Saturday, April 10th join her at @dharmayogawellnessstudio from1:00-2:00 p.m. for a beginners prenatal workshop to learn breathing exercises and yoga poses to help you connect with your body and your baby in a safe environment. This class is open to all levels, even those who haven’t done yoga before, and is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. On Saturday, May 10th, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. we will be diving into essential oils and a holistic approach to all things pregnancy and labor. We will share how to enhance your journey through pregnancy through essential oils and which oils to avoid to keep both you and baby safe. Online Yoga Classes

Soulflower Yoga is beginning online class offerings starting Thursday, March 19th at 6:00 p.m. Kate will teach one class a day and hopes to offer more should the studio need to be closed longer. All classes will be LIVE so we can come together as a community and flow as well as recorded so you can watch them at any time should you not be able to join us for our live classes. Those who are monthly members will receive an email tomorrow with the links to our live classes on Zoom. Anyone who is not a monthly member will have options to join us. Check out our Online Pass on FitDEGREE to get access to all of our live and recorded classes as well. See you on your mat!

Beginner Barre

Have you wanted to try barre but haven’t because you just don’t feel you know what you’re doing? Don’t worry we’ve all been there and that’s why Soulflower Yoga is offering a three (3) Week Beginner Barre Series from Sunday, February 23rd to March 8th at 11:00 a.m. Join us to try out and learn more about this low impact, high resistance and light weight workout that will have you sweating and feeling good. Pre-registration through our FitDEGREE app is required as we have a three person minimum and six person maximum. Space is limited so make sure to sign up today.

New Digs for Yoga Studio

January is the first anniversary of our business and time to turn over a new leaf, try something new and aspire to something greater . . . so, we're moving. We’re excited to announce that Soulflower Yoga has found a new home at 20 South Centre Street. Come February 13th we’ll be located in the heart of downtown Merchantville - right next to the The Juice Bar. This means a bigger space for more yoga, more zen, and lots more fun. Stop by, check out our home and help warm our new space. It’s been such an amazing journey watching Soulflower Yoga grow. Meditation Workshop

Join Xandra O’Neill for an opportunity to learn about mantra meditation and intuitively choose a mala. Xandra will offer an introduction to mantra meditation, sharing benefits of the practice and answering questions. You will then have the opportunity to choose your own mala or wrist mala that you can use in your practice. As a community, we will then chant 108 rounds of a mantra together so that you can immerse yourself in the powerful practice of mantra meditation. Classes Explore Yoga

Are you new to yoga? We've all been there! Enjoy a learning session with yoga teacher Rebecca at Soulfower Yoga, 19 West Park Avenue, on Saturday, 11/16. Take a Hatha Yoga practice class from 8:30-9:30 a.m. with a key focus on alignment. Learn to hold poses for longer to help your body learn and feel the proper alignment of each pose while learning deep breathing and relaxation. Or, experience a flow through the yoga basics at a Beginner Vinyasa Yoga class with the use of modifications and props from 10:00-11:00 a.m.
