The Merchantville Democratic Club recently gave their logo a fresh, new look. Their motto, "Neighbor to Neighbor" - "N2N" - encapsulates their beliefs that guide the club as a place where residents interested in good government in Merchantville and service for the community can meet. The club was started in 1992 to create an opportunity for residents to engage in purposeful discussion of values and ideas around community service and social equality. They support candidates for election to borough offices who promote these principles.

Collective Arts is launching in New Jersey. Join us at Blue Monkey on April 1st starting at 5PM for our New Jersey premier! We will have an artist pop up with New Jersey Artist Sean Lugo. Collective Arts Brewing is a grassroots craft brewery that aims to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists and musicians. Collective Arts Brewing was founded on two beliefs: The first that creativity fosters creativity. And the second, that creativity yields delicious pints. We feature limited-edition works of art on our beer cans and labels, and we work to make sure the liquid on the inside is as diverse and creative as the artists we profile.
Saturday was a phenomenal day for Troop 119, Merchantville. Both the Girl’s Troop and Boy’s Troop worked hard to clean up the remnants of fall and winter to keep Merchantville the Borough beautiful. We're grateful for the participation of many service groups like the scouts in supporting the needs of our town.
The officers and members of the Merchantville Fire Department want to congratulate FF Calderon on her enlistment into the New Jersey National Guard and wish her the best of luck as she leaves for Basic Training this weekend. We look forward to her safe return.

There were lots of smiles and proud parents as the children received their prizes. It was a great family night, especially to see the way MFC encourages youth participation.
