The annual meeting of Merchantville's Historical Society is this Wednesday, October 25th, 7:30 p.m., at the Merchantville Community Center, 212 Somerset Avenue. All residents and friends are welcome to attend this free event. The theme of this year's meeting is the maintenance and preservation of the area's well-aged homes. Three homeowners who have done significant remodeling and restoration will review and discuss their project journeys.

The annual Memorial Day service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 29, 2023 at Wellwood Memorial Park, Linden & Maple Avenue. This year's guest speaker will be former NJ State Assemblyman, Jack Conners, a member of FW Grigg Post 68 American Legion. A former member of the Delaware National Guard, Jack has been a life-long advocate for veterans.
