Park Place takes Summer respite
Is the rumor true!? Yes it is. Park Place Cafe & Restaurant will be closing for a month after tomorrow night's dinner service. We will open our doors again on Thursday, September 14th, and continue to strive to offer great hospitality and only the finest ingredients sourced from around the world. We are so thankful to all the people that we have met and have come to know over the past seven months and are grateful for all the support we have been given.

Locals celebrate the eclipse at Eclipse Brewing
Eclipse Brewing was open on August 21st from 12 to 8 p.m. for the Eclipse. They gave 20 pairs of glasses out for free, then enjoyed sharing another 25 pair with their packed crowd. They offered a selection of 17 beers on tap including totality imperial stout that spent a month in a bourbon barrel. A great place to gather for a momentous event!

The Station Coffee is located in the old Merchantville train station and shares The Station with the Eilandarts Center and Kidz Photoshootzz. The old train tracks have been converted into a lovely walking and biking path that stretches the entire length of Merchantville. Laura Dishong is a New Jersey-based harpist, vocalist, and song writer. Come see her perform her original songs at the Eilandarts Center on July 7th at 7 p.m. Laura also teaches music at the Mary E. Roberts Elementary School in Moorestown, NJ. As a harpist, she's available for hire for all kinds of events and also has a band at the ready who will be happy to play as well.
