Linda Dennin Draws Life Stories
PRESS - Painting portraits, she draws the life stories of South Jersey seniors | Kevin Riordan “As an artist, I want to see character, and you can see the content of people’s character when they’re sharing their stories,” said the former journalist, who’s doing the oil portraits as a senior thesis project for Philadelphia’s Studio Incamminati art school. “You can’t be thin-skinned,” said Dennin, a Merchantville resident. “These seniors are no-nonsense. One lady — I thought hers was one of my best portraits — told me: ‘Oh, that’s terrible. It’s horrible.’ http://www.philly.com/philly/columnists/kevin_riordan/painter-linda-dennin-portraits-south-jersey-20180518.html
LIGHT, PARTICULARLY: An Art Show & Sale of Alice Steer Wilson Originals to Benefit MAC

She loved her family first, her painting and teaching close behind, and she loved- loved being part of the Cape May renaissance, between 1970 and 2001. Active proponent and teacher of local artists/entrepreneurs with the partnership of husband, Fred. She saw beauty and possibility where others saw only work and investment. Her paintings inspired all and will be on public display and for sale in Alice's Congress Street home on Friday, October 2nd from 5-9 p.m.
