Free County Flu Shots
The Camden County Department of Health and Human Services recommends everyone get a flu shot this flu season, especially children and seniors who are most vulnerable. The flu shots are provided for no-out-of-pocket cost. Flu vaccinations are provided for children age 9 and older at the flu clinic sites. Children under the age of 9 need to see their primary care physician. Download the Flu Shot Schedule or for more information, contact the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services at 1-800-999-9045. This coming week they will be offered in Cherry Hill on Wednesday, 10/30, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Katz Jewish Community Center, 1301 Springdale Road. Camden County also offers adult and child immunizations all year long by appointment at its Bellmawr and Camden sites. To make an appointment in Bellmawr, call (856) 931-2700. Health Fair This Sunday
St. Peter Parish is hosting a free Health & Wellness Fair this Sunday, October 13th after the 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Masses in Pastor's Hall to meet and talk with vendors who offer services that promote healthy living and disease prevention. There will also be representatives from facilities and organizations that help people maintain their optimal well-being and prepare for life events. Flu shots will be available courtesy of Merchantville CVS. Make sure you check out the amazing Bake Sale while you’re there!
