Come out to our first ever Happy Hour Fundraiser to benefit the Merchantville Business and Professional Association (aka Shop Merchantville). Eclipse Brewing has generously offered to donate a portion of the proceeds from every beer purchased on Monday, May 16 back to our Local Group. What is MBPA/Shop Merchantville? We are your local Downtown Shop and Business Owners that volunteer our time and energy. We are raising funds to improve your Downtown Merchantville experience – from free events, to cleaning and landscaping, as well as marketing our wonderful downtown. Many of our town events are organized, run and advertised by our hard working Business Owners (Art Walk, Mystical May, Toy Fair…). We want to support these small business owners as best we can! Eclipse has opened its doors and taps to us, so be sure to stop by and SHOP MERCHANTVILLE! 

Eclipse Brewing will be 5 yrs old this Saturday, October 9th, so stop by, raise a glass, try a flight or buy a crowler or growler. Thanks to owners, Chris and Beth Mattern, Merchantville has a cozy neighborhood micro-brewery, 18 taps, different styles, something for everyone. One tap is for soda and the other 17 beers change week-to-week and can include light and dark beers, hoppy to honey, fruity to coconut beer. Their seasonal ales are delicious, Peach Sour is back on tap and they have really great root beer - bring your own ice cream for a fabulous float! Eclipse offers plenty of outside seating with picnic tables and chairs. One recent review sums it up - "Great beer, reasonable price, friendly staff, and a delightful atmosphere." Open 7 days a week. First come, first served. Need/want beer? Beth and Chris have it at Eclipse Brewing! To "flatten the curve" their Covid-19 brewery hours for growler fills only are Wednesdays from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Fridays from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m and Sundays from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. We will be at the door to hand off beer and take orders. Feel free to call starting us at 2:00 p.m. at (856) 662- 7453 to place an order, but it's not necessary. Fans of this craft brewery - offering 18 beers on tap - have been keeping them busy which is a very good thing. They are looking forward to when the tasting room is full again and thank everyone for supporting them and Merchantville's small businesses during this time. Join Erin Chambers from Real Girl Pilates for Pilates & Pours at Eclipse Brewing on Saturday, March 14th from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Pre-registration required through Eventbrite. $20.00 includes a 1 hour Pilates class followed by your choice of 1 pour or flight of beer. No experience necessary, class is for all levels. 21+ only, just bring a Yoga Mat and water bottle. Do I have to drink beer? We know, it’s called Pilates & Pours. But we are equal opportunity beverage appreciators – so no, you don’t have to drink beer. Eclipse Brewery offers a non-beer option as well. But whether you have a drink after class or not, we hope you’ll stay and hang out.  

Come spend three hours at Eclipse Brewing on a Saturday morning and watch how beer is made on our one and a half barrel system. Cost per person is $30 and three beer tokens are included to be used that day or at another time. Take a break from the winter blues on Sunday, 2/2, and cozy up next to your favorite vegan at our Second Annual Winter Break at Eclipse Brewing for the finest drinks, the warmest company, delicious vegan eats, and help raise money for animals who really need your help. We will have a ton of auction items, 50/50 raffle, and a chance to enter in to win a pot of loot when you guess the gender of Quinn's cria (baby llama). This event is hosted by Marley Meadows Sanctuary and Eclipse Brewing. A $10 donation to reserve your spot is recommended beforehand as space is limited. Think you've got what it takes to win the costume contest at Eclipse Brewing? There's still time! On Wednesday, Oct 23rd, they had a scary Halloween Trivia contest led by Michelle followed by a Halloween Party on Sunday, the 27th. So show your spooky spirit and stop in at Eclipse all dressed up anytime between now and November 3rd and, if we like your costume, we will take a picture. Winners will be decided on Sunday, 11/3. One male and one female will each receive a t-shirt, a pint glass, and 3 tokens - good for 3 beers!
