Camden County Prosecutor Warren Faulk said Thursday afternoon he could not confirm if Villanueva's entry into the home had been forced. "It was a domestic violence incident, and the boyfriend of the daughter is in custody," he added. According to the prosecutor, a restraining order barring Villanueva from the residence had been filed, but was later withdrawn before it could be served. Villanueva was charged Thursday with Felony Murder, Attempted Murder, Purposeful and Knowing Murder and 2nd Degree Burglary, according to investigators.
