Robert A. Johnston, 85, formerly of Pennsauken and Medford, NJ, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at the Samaritan Center, Voorhees, NJ. Born in Camden, NJ, Robert was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, and former Captain of the Pennsauken First Aid Squad, and the former Lakes Emergency Squad of Medford. He was also a member of the Niagara Fire Co. in Merchantville, and the Odd Fellows in Medford. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Rose Johnston (nee Odor); and his children, Robin Sammons, and Jeffrey Johnston and his wife Sheila McGinn.
