Camden County’s annual Influenza Immunization Program will begin on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and continue at six locations throughout the county (see schedule). The Camden County Board of Commissioners and the County Department of Health and Human Services encourage residents in “high priority” groups – people age 65 and above, the chronically ill and pregnant women – to get the flu shot. The shots are highly recommended for residents with weakened immune or cardiovascular systems, chronic metabolic diseases, renal dysfunction, or blood disorders.

Because children under the age of 9 require pediatric doses of the vaccine, no shots will be given to children under 9 years old. As always, the shots are offered at no out-of-pocket cost to residents. Those receiving MEDICARE must bring their MEDICARE ID CARDS with them. A full listing of this year’s flu-shot schedule, including dates, times, and locations, is attached.  For your convenience, you may pre-register at:   2026 Flu Registration
