Margaret L. (Lorenzo) Haynes of Mount Laurel, N.J. died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020, at home while surrounded by her loving family. She was 73. Margaret "Peggi" Haynes was born in Camden, N.J. She grew up in Woodlynne and later resided in Merchantville before moving to Mount Laurel in 1973. Peggi served on the Mount Laurel Board of Education for 39 years and first ran for the board in 1981. There will be a viewing from 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, at the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road, Mount Laurel, followed by a 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. John Neumann RC Church, 560 Walton Avenue, Mount Laurel. Joseph A. Callahan Jr., 78 passed away at home with his wife Judy and family on Monday, August 17th, 2020. Survived by his loving wife Judith A. Callahan (Cowgill) and his children Joesph (Julie), Chad (Denise), Craig, Kelly Henry (Sam), Kim Rogers (David) and David Rogers. Born in Camden, N.J. and lived and worked in Pennsauken and has lived in Ocean City for the past 29 years. Attended Arizona State University and is a U.S. Army veteran while serving in the 82nd Airborne Division and was in the Dominican Republic conflict.
Kathleen Lippy, 74
Kathleen Foster Lippy, 74, of Hampstead, MD passed away on July 24, 2020. Born December 9, 1945 in Camden, NJ, she was the daughter of the late George and Ruth (Harnish) Foster and the devoted wife of Donald Lippy. Kathleen was a graduate of Merchantville High School (NJ) class of 1963; where she excelled in all sports. Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Donald Lippy; daughter, Tracey Rill and husband Bradley; son, Matthew Lippy; four grandchildren: Tyler Rill and fiancee, Kristina Savage, Logan Rill, Keegan Rill, Molly Rill and great-granddaughter, Maci Rill. William D. Harrison, 33
On July 24, 2020, age 33, of Merchantville, NJ. He was the loving son of William J. and Darcy (nee Menzer) Harrison and loving bother of Nichole Harrison and Mark C. Harrison. He is also survived by 3 nephews Gray and Sam Howell and Brody Youngs; his uncle Michael (Robin) Menzer; many loving cousins; and his dog Jerry. Bill graduated from Holy Cross High School in 2002 and was an Eagle Scout. He worked at A-1 Searches in Merchantville and enjoyed cooking, music and festivals. He was also an avid Philadelphia Union Soccer fan. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
Patti Sharp, 58
Patti Sharp (nee Daly), of Barrington, NJ, passed on June 26, 2020 at the age of 58. Patti passed away comfortably, surrounded by her beloved family. Loving mother of Katie Sapia (Jim), Samantha Sharp and Courtney Porado (Paul). Devoted grandmother “Gammy” of Makayla, Oliver, Jaxson, and Mason. Cooper, family dog, sure will miss sharing Burger King meals with her. Beloved sister of the late Keri Ragona. Survived by her caring nieces, nephews and former spouse Frank Sharp. Donald L. Graff of Haddon Heights, formerly of Merchantville, passed away on May 9, 2020, at the age of 87. Beloved father of Lisa M. Cornely (Frank), Andrea D. Racobaldo (Dominic) and Mark L. Graff (Katie). Loving grandfather of Frank, William, Maureen, Matthew, Thomas and Alaina Cornely; Laura, Dominic, Andrew, Cara and Abbie Racobaldo; Mark, Maura and Emma Graff. Devoted great grandfather of Caroline Cornely. Don's family moved to Merchantville when he was a child. He attended Merchantville Elementary School and then graduated from Merchantville High School. Collette Formanek, 91
Beloved wife of 53 years to the late Leonard F. Formanek. Born in 1929 in Philadelphia to the late Collette A. (Rowan) and William S. Gannon and raised during the Great Depression in the Cramer Hill section of Camden. Colette worked as a long-distance operator for Bell Telephone in the Bourse Building in Philadelphia. After her marriage in 1950, Colette raised her nine children over the span of four decades in Paulsboro, East Camden and Merchantville. She is survived by her nine children, Colette (David) New of Tabernacle; Barbara (Charles Stevenson) Formanek of Williamsburg, VA; Judith (Theodore) Pettek of Toms River; Leonard (Sharon) of Charlotte, NC; Eileen (Charles) Gorman of Camden; Joseph (Cynthia) Formanek of Coopersburg, PA; Maria (Thomas) Murt of Hatboro, PA; Lisa (Patrick) Roche of Doylestown, PA; Michele (Stephen) Pedrani of Neshanic Station, and a legacy of 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
