Cubs Learn Maple Sugaring
On a very blustery, chilly Saturday, March 1st, cub master Melissa Hofmann and BSA Pack 252 of Cherry Hill - which serves, boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade in the Merchantville/Cherry Hill West area - took a field trip to our Community Center to learn about the Merchantville Maple Project. This group of eight scouts and parents met with our sap sugaring team to see firsthand the process of how maple tapping, collection, straining and boiling happens. 2025 Fishing Banquet
On Saturday, March 29, 2025, the Merchantville Fishing Club will be celebrating our 77th Anniversary Awards Banquet. The banquet will be held at Happy Hour Club, 764 E. Laurelton Ave., Maple Shade, NJ from 6:00 until 10:00 p.m. The cost is $45.00 for adults and $25.00 for juniors (16 & under). Beer, soda, and setups will be provided. Merchantville Country Club hosted their France themed Ladies’ Member Guest on Saturday, September 14th and it was simply magnifique! They had more than fifty participants join in the fun - including rounds of golf, hors d'orvres, lunch, pasteries, and drinks in Provence-inspired surroundings.
