This class is designed for those senior individuals who feel overwhelmed with the anxiety and stress of everyday life, or those who battle with stress-related disorders. Bring harmony into your life! your heart rate and lowering your blood pressure, stretching the tension out of your muscles and learning an important tool you can use to calm yourself in any situation, including panic attacks. In-person classes are held at the Cherry Hill Municipal Building, 820 Mercer Street, Room 208. on April 10th & 24th, May 8th & 22nd, and class size is limited to 25.
