On May 21, 2021, age 59, of Pennsauken, NJ. He was the beloved father of Michael (Michelle), Philip (Emily), Ashley Siciliano (Michael), Jeremy (Nicole), Debbie Ann Juliano (Jim), Dylan and the late Thomas M. Jr. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; his former wife Debbie (nee Dawson); two sisters Terry Murphy and Donna Bocolo and one brother John Segrest.
