Collecting for the Needy

The Love in Motion youth group is collecting again this fall for our homeless outreach in Camden and canned goods for the Cathedral Kitchen. We will be headed back out to volunteer again with New Beginnings Camden on December 7th. In addition to toiletries, we are also collecting winter coats, gloves, hats, boots, shoes, and anything to keep warm - including clothes, underwear, blankets - and we are still collecting towels! The Station Coffee in Merchantville is generously helping out by collecting socks and bags - Ipsy, canvas, or drawstring - you can drop those specific items there. The youth group is also collecting canned goods and non-perishables and will have a collection table at the Merchantville Turkey Trot. You can drop off goods for either to the Fitzgerald/Cooper house at 24 Volan Street or the Aman/Kelly house at 112 Locust Street, or contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
