Monster Crafts & Fine Art Festival
Merchantville's Monster Crafts & Fine Art Festival will dominate our downtown landscape on Saturday and Sunday, October 15th & 16th. This new addition to Monsterville will take place along Centre and Chestnut Streets where visitors can shop more than 70 vendors featuring juried crafts and fine artists offering wearable art, display and functional pottery, blown and stained glass, fine and fashion jewelry, garden and home decor, soaps, scents and pet gifts. Enjoy appraisals by radio host of "What 's It Worth" sponsored by @merchantvilleantiques and catch live music and activities for the kids throughout town. Purchase captivating fine art and photography and grab a Halloween photo shoot at @nicolenurthenphotography. Wrap up the day with Music and Musings at @peaksecondhand 's after party. The Tyler Quinter Foundation is super excited to say they were chosen as the charitable cause for this year's Merchantville Monster Crafts and Fine Art Festival. The foundation helps to raise funds for families with medically fragile children and award students who want to further their education. We can't wait to see you in Merchantville - where our specialty is Halloween!
Craft Making Club
The Merchantville Makers met last Thursday and made Fall Gnome Wreaths from Dollar Tree Halloween decorations. This group did an amazing job! Thank you to everyone who came out to make with us and I can’t wait to see what we create in our October class. Join us in person for making, crafting, and dabbling in new art techniques at the Merchantville Library. The makers will be meeting on Thursday nights, at 6:30 p.m. after the library closes. It will be a crafting lock in for adults! Please sign up in advance as there are limited spots. Questions? Please contact Christen at This email address is being protected from spambots. Meet Cub & Co.
In December Merchantville welcomed entrepreneur, Kimberly “Kim” Wallace, and C.U.B. & Co. to town. Her boutique storefront, located at 23 North Centre, and online shop, feature unique mommy and me T- shirt designs. C.U.B. (Celebrating an Unconditional Bond) & Co., is a brand that showcases and celebrates the special connection between mom and child with cute and edgy t-shirt and onesie collections. Born and raised in North Jersey, Kim migrated to Philadelphia for college where she received a Master’s in physical therapy then, settled in Burlington township with her young daughter. The idea for C.U.B. & Co. was hatched in 2017, with mommy and me tees that represented Kim and her daughter. Fast forward to 2020 when her business grew from creating her own designs to custom orders and expanding beyond tees - a business owner's dream come true and shop where you'll be sure to find the coolest, most imaginative items and this. Please stop by C.U.B. & Co. for your personal or gift-giving needs and check out the apparel on her website and Facebook page. Whatever the occasion, be assured that you're supporting an awesome brand. Kim will also soon be hosting small create and craft events!
