Music Fest just one week away!

Hey there, Music Lovers! Next week downtown Merchantville will rock with fabulous local music, food, artisans and activities - even an evening Wine & Beer Garden! The Merchantville Music Fest - Saturday, July 12th, 2014 - a fun day for the whole family from 1:00 - 9:00 p.m. For Kids we have the fun and fabulous Alex & The Kaleidoscope Band. This award-winning band will have you dancing and singing along in no time. Our second band is the always energetic, super imaginative and engaging, fitness-focused Lolly & YoYo! And, rounding off our three kid's music bands will be The Lara & Joe Show! They play rock 'n' roll for kids - everything from the ABC's to the Rolling Stones. They have been playing the Philly kid's music scene for a while and we are so excited to bring Pennsauken native, Joe, back over the bridge! Where else can you bring your family to see fantastics kids' bands for free?

 
Are your ears burning to know who will be playing the evening stage at the fest? Headlining our evening stage lineup will be another regional favorite – Red Evidence! Red Evidence - featuring Merchantville native Jon Cline! - will play a mix of Motown and Memphis Soul along with well known and loved Classic Rock favorites and original music by the band! You won’t want to miss this performance! Acclaimed Philadelphia-based WXPN favorite Andrew Lipke and his band

 

- featuring Merchantville native, Dave Perrin on drums - will be sharing their inspired mix of classic rock and classical music at the fest. And, We are thrilled that Godshed Eyes will entertain our audiences with their electrifying sound! Local favorite Tom Guggino will be playing the gazebo stage at 11:00 a.m. "Bottle of red…bottle of white?...” Well, you can take your pick in our wine garden while you kick back and listen as Captain Jack takes the evening stage at the Merchantville Music Fest. This regional favorite cover band plays everything from Billy Joel to Bob Marley, and is sure to rock the stage with your classic rock favorites!
