The Merchantville Police Department is taking part in a new system to help make your home safer, "INCASE". The system is electronically coded with three key pieces of information: the exact address of the home to which it is attached, the name of the homeowner, and the cell phone number of the homeowner.

You can also include up to three additional emergency contacts. In cases of emergency, the police can scan your bar code and get in touch with you immediately. This system is connected to a secure, encrypted iphone or android app. The Merchantville Police Department feels this is a very good way to add to the protection, safety and security of your property. There is a one time fee of $10.70 for the installation of the system in your house. For further information click here or contact the Merchantville Police Department at 856-662-0507 or the Community Affairs Office at 856-662-2474 x 120.
