Merchantville's Farmers Market kicks off its third season Saturday, June 21st. The market features locally grown fresh produce, baked goods, and packaged foods, hand crafts, entertainment, arts and educational programs for everyone. This year's market features: Bo Boskovic's Balic Winery - a Mays Landing vineyard featuring more than 27 award-winning premium and ultra-premium wines; Katt's Green Grocer produce, McFarlan's Market featuring Metropolitan Bakery breads, coffee, tea; sustainable agriculture and heirloom vegetables from Taylors Riverside Homestead Farm ; canned "Jersey Fresh" tomatoes Avallone Tomatoes; Michelle Tomlinson with Alden Cafe's delicious potato salad; Krista Lee - Fleurs de Lee plants and herbs; Deborah Parker's bread puddings; Crazy Steve's Pickles and Salsa; Groovy Bones; In My Grandmother's Kitchen - love from scratch, pasta making; Lori's Little Lovelies; Joe Gentile Hot Dogs; Duckies Candles; American Karate System; August Inspiration Creations; Community Co-op and, music by Tom Guggino
The Farmers Market is located along a beautiful, tree-lined greenway in the heart of our downtown at Centre Street and chestnut Avenue. The season runs thru October 19th and will take place from 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM on the FIRST, THIRD & FIFTH Saturday of each month. The Market operates rain or shine.
