Wellwood Manor ribbon cutting Featured

Join the Merchantville commuity as we celebrate the Grand Opening of Wellwood Manor on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. Wellwood Manor is located at 606 W. Maple Avenue, Merchantville, NJ. In attendance at the ribbon cutting will be Senator James Beach; Assemblyman Louis Greenwald; Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt; Freeholder Carmen Rodriquez;

 Honorable Mayor Frank M. North; Members of Merchantville’s Borough Council; the Redeveloper, Citadel Wellwood LLC; Camden County Representative Gino Lewis; Borough employees.

Citadel Wellwood has completed the renovationsof the 54 unit, one and two bedroom apartment building located in the Historic West End area of Merchantville, NJ. It includes newly rehabilitated and renovated apartments, including refinished floors, granite countertops and new stoves! Fresh, new landscaping by Ryan McFadden of Ryan's Landscaping. Special garden ideas from the Merchantville Garden Club. A long awaited gift and brand new sign designed by our team and Sign-o-Rama in Cherry Hill. Our finished antique replica doors with special-ordered hardware thanks to local craftsman, from Victoriana East, who restored our historic entry doors. Check out the restoration pictures on their FB page!
