Gearing up for winter storm Juno

A winter storm watch is in place for the Philadelphia metro areas. Moderate to heavy snow likely from portions of the coastal Mid-Atlantic to New England. Peak impacts to Merchantville will be late Monday through Tuesday with accumulations of 1 to 2 feet likely. Blizzard or near-blizzard conditions will make travel impossible.

 

The Department of Public Works would like to ask all residents who can remove their cars from the streets to do so in order to assist them with plowing and clearing borough roads. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please please call Public Works at 856-665-0590 or Borough Hall at 662-2474 x 103 with any concerns regarding plowing or your streets. In the event of an emergency please call 911. For non-emergencies contactl the Merchantville Police at 856-662-0500. 

 

The Camden County Highway Division works around the clock during winter storms to ensure that all 400 miles of county roadway remain passable and safe. Please feel free to call (856) 566-2980 if you desire additional information on these services. Report road hazards to 856-566-2980. Phone lines are manned 24 hours per day during winter storm emergencies.
