The high number of students who move on to post-secondary education and the military continues to be competitive nationally. Students and staff have access to current technology to assist teaching and learning. Students are participants in Google Classroom where they can share and interact with other students and teachers in a learning environment that opens up opportunities outside the classroom walls. Students, parents, and professional staff focus on the academic pursuits that prepare the students to enter high school as confident learners. Elective courses and our extra-curricular programs ultimately prepare each student to become a well-rounded learner, equipped to meet the challenges they will face in high school and the world. 2019-20 Program of Studies.

Former CCHS coach passes
Camden Catholic High School mourns the passing of one of our greatest honorary alumni, Coach Jim Delaney, former football coach and faculty member. Coach Delaney is revered among generations of alumni for his legendary coaching style, mentorship and inspirational leadership. He coached the Irish to 62 wins in a total of 13 seasons and is the all-time leader in football wins for the green and white. His 1966 team went 9-0, winning the SJ Parochial A Title, one of only three undefeated football teams in school history. Delaney also is the only Camden Catholic football coach, other than Tom Kenney, to have five consecutive teams with winning records, and six straight non-losing seasons. His 1979 Parochial A Championship team was recently inducted into the Camden Catholic Hall of Fame on April 14, 2019. At the time of their win in '79, Coach Delaney had remarked "Camden Catholic's Fighting Irish is a prime example of how an impossible task can be accomplished with the effort and determination of the team and the support of the school."
T.H.E. Council
T.H.E. Council organized a women's personal care drive at Camden Catholic High School for Joseph's House of Camden as a part of their Women's History Month efforts. Thanks to those who contributed to the cause, we will help make some women more comfortable and provide much needed items to them in the coming months. T.H.E (Together Honoring Everyone) Council is a student driven group with the intent to celebrate racial and cultural diversity at Camden Catholic. T.H.E. Council is moderated by faculty members and includes participation from students in each grade level. As our world continues to evolve, Camden Catholic students, faculty, staff and administration need to continue to encourage our community’s well-being, and help to foster collaborative learning among our many diverse students in pursuit of our school’s mission: to educate lifelong learners and leaders in a global society in the Catholic tradition.
