The Camden County Board of Freeholders is proud to present a free paper shredding event from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday May 19th to help prevent identity theft and protect the environment. The shredding event is free for Camden County residents. No businesses are accepted. Shredding is held rain or shine. The shredding will be held at Camden County College in Blackwood in the parking lot off of Peter Cheeseman Road.

Play ball! Join us for Miracle League Baseball on Saturday mornings this spring at Boundless Field in Challenge Grove Park in Cherry Hill! Players 5-years-old through 13-years-old will play from 10 AM to 11 AM and players 13-years-old through adult will play from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM. Games run through June 9th. This event is presented by the Camden County Board of Freeholders for individuals with disABILITIES and special needs. Pennsauken Township, the Business, Industry, and Government Council of Pennsauken, P.M.A.C., and Living Faith Christian Center are hosting the fourth annual job fair on Thursday, Sept. 28. The event, held at Living Faith Christian Center, located at 2323 Rt. 73 in Pennsauken from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will allow job seekers to connect with local businesses and organizations with open positions.

The next drive-through household Electronics Recycling Collection sponsored by the Camden County Board of Freeholders will take place on Saturday, April 14th. Drop off your outdated and unused items from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Camden County Public Works Complex, 2311 Egg Harbor Road in Lindenwold. Items accepted at no charge include TVs and monitors, computers, keyboards, VCRs, scanners, DVD players, tape players, stereo equipment, typewriters, printers, laptops, modems, telecommunication equipment, fax machines, radios, answering machines and telephones.

Our mobile mammography van will be at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 150 E 2nd Street, Burlington, NJ on September 19th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please call (856) 247-7388 to sign up. $20 Walmart or WaWa gift card to women who complete their mammograms.

As part of National Children's Dental Health Month, Camden County College's dental hygiene and dental assisting students and staff were joined by area dentists  to provide free cleanings to local children. The Give-Kids-a-Smile Day program offered preventive care and oral health education to area children aged 12 and younger. Last year's Give-Kids-a-smile Day at Camden County College provided more than $21,000 in x-rays, cleanings, restoration, extractions and other dental services to children. http://bit.ly/2l3Z93G
