Our quest to find you interesting, delicious, and wild food takes us from forest to coast. This past week we were pleased to bring you Atlantic seaweeds, which were served with our fish dishes this past weekend. Our recent coastal forage also included the beach plums that were made into jam and served with duck, as well as a few other items that will turn up on the menu sometime soon. Beach plums are so very special. They’re unique to our neck of the woods (the northeast), they’re wild, and they grow at the NJ shore. You can enjoy them this week at Park Place on one of these last evenings of the summer.
