Your tried and true FM favorites will be there - Natures Own Farm, Darmo Family Farm, Sea-Lect Seafood, Balic Winery, Fleurs de Lee, Mcfarlans Market Merchantville, Bear Soaps, and more! Live music by Tom Guggino and Mat Eiland, and featured guest crafter Barn and Stone House Soap! Get your pick of fresh, local fruit and veggies, eggs, honey, meats, seafood, flowers and herbs, breads, handmade soaps and crèmes, wines, baked goods, music, treats and of course...COMMUNITY! And, market friends, for the last market of this season Krista, from Fleurs de Lee, will be giving a short class, hourly, about what to do with your garden this time of year. Come learn about planting, pruning, and clean up in the fall garden. Join us from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Centre Street and Chesnut Avenue along the “green mile.”

 

Another market opens this week, and others lure visitors with the freshest fruit and special activities. Merchantville Farmers Market: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Centre Street and Chesnut Avenue along the “green mile.” On the market’s opening day, visitors will find everything from pastries to seafood to wine. Become a market vendor today! The Merchantville Farmers Market is a community market supporting and promoting local farmers, growers and producers of agricultural products. Our focus is on organic and sustainable foods and goods. We welcome applicants that wish to sell fruit, vegetables, herbs, baked goods, prepared foods, dairy products, meat, eggs, plants, cut flowers and other agricultural products. Our Farmers Market is located along a beautiful, tree-lined greenway in the heart of our downtown. The season runs from June 1st thru October 19th and will take place from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on the FIRST and THIRD Saturday of each month. The Market operates rain or shine.
