Tarot course offered

Aradia's Treasure Metaphysical Shop will sponsor an eight week in depth tarot course. The course runs on Thursday evenings from March 7, 2019 to April 25, 2019. Classes will be held from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Cost of the class is $175.00. The course will be taught by Debra Branda-Canady who has more than 40 years experience in the field of tarot. The course is designed to teach serious students how to develop their intuitive skills and successfully learn to read tarot. The course will cover the basics of tarot study and reading, as well as, modules on psychic development, journaling, types of spreads and how to expand them, ethical practices and professionalism. Resident joins musical theatre group at Temple

From classical to contemporary Temple University’s all new Musical Theatre A Capella group: Vi-Broad-O covers it all. Treasurer, Zach Moore is a freshman theater major from Merchantville, NJ. He is so thankful to have been able portray his dream role, Shrek in “Shrek: the Musical”. When he is not counting Vi-Broad-O’s money, you can catch him auditioning at various South Jersey theaters, being paid to stare at water(?), and listening to “Ragtime”! Look out soon for a fundraiser!

Photography Show at Eiland Arts

A new show is up at Eiland Arts Center eilandarts.com, Alternative process Photography 3 Women’s Explorations. Revisit the Jersey shore all winter long through the art of former resident Alice Steer Wilson. She loved her family first, her painting and teaching close behind, and she loved- loved being part of the Cape May renaissance, between 1970 and 2001. Active proponent and teacher of local artists/entrepreneurs with the partnership of husband, Fred. She saw beauty and possibility where others saw only work and investment. Her paintings inspired all and will be on public display and for sale in Alice's Congress Street home on Friday, October 2nd from 5-9 p.m.
