On Tuesday, August 14th at 7:30 p.m. a public hearing will be held before the Merchantville Zoning Board at Borough Hall on an appplication to permit non-conforming use certification or use variance relief for a third floor apartment in an R-2 Residential Single Family District at 116 E. Walnut Avenue. The applicants are owners Luis Carrion and Barbara Capaldi, 3471 Gladwyn Ave., Pennsauken.

§ 94-24. Permitted principal uses.
Permitted principal uses shall be as follows:
A. Single-family dwellings.
B. Single-family dwellings with home occupations.
C. All other uses required by the Municipal Land Use Law, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.
