Paperless billing is coming soon to the Merchantville-Pennsauken Water Commission (MPWC). E-Billing will launch fully in 2027 but a select customer group will be able to receive e-bills for the 4th quarter of 2026. To Opt-In: You can send an email to info@mpwc.com and let us know that you’d like to sign up for e-billing. Include your name, property address, account number and the email address where you’d like to receive your future e-bill. If you have or service multiple accounts, you must include each account number & property location that you’d like enrolled. You may also call our Customer Support Center and sign up with one of our representatives by phone at 856-663-0043.
