October is the season for facing your fears. Ghosts? No problem. Monsters? We can handle them. Brunch? Absolutely terrifying! This Halloween season, Chef is confronting his greatest fear as we host our very first quarterly brunch at Restaurant 1793. Expect a little fall, a little spooky, and hopefully no nightmares from the kitchen. Our Kickoff Brunch is on Sunday, October 18th, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Brunch features a 4-course pre-fixe meal for $50 which includes: Bread Service – Focaccia, Cornbread, Walnut Bread; Eggs Benedict – Smoked salmon, poached eggs, Hollandaise, petite salad;
Steak Frites – Black Angus NY Strip, Yukon gold wedges, beef jus; and, Stuffed Crêpe – Chocolate-Hazelnut Crémeux, Cocoa nibs.
Brunch Enhancements are available: Fromage – Selection of 3 cheeses and seasonal accompaniments for $20; Caviar Service – Choice of: Ossetra, Sevruga, or Siberian caviar for $75.
